Abstract
本发明公开了一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,涉及管道加工技术领域,其包括机筒、加热夹套I、加热夹套II、加热夹套III、挤出模具和导料装置,所述机筒上设有喂料口,机筒的外部安装有加热夹套I、加热夹套II和加热夹套III,将机筒分为预热段、加热段和保温段,加热夹套I、加热夹套II和加热夹套III均由独立的温控装置和热源来进行控温,使预热段、加热段和保温段的温度均不相同,所述机筒的端部出口通过连接管与挤出模具连接,本发明的有益效果是:通过双螺杆对原料进行塑化密炼,并且通过阶梯状的加热温度以保证塑化密炼的效果,在料温度未达到设定阈值时,可以通过阀门的切换使得原料重新进入到机筒内进行塑化,以保证成品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道加工技术领域,具体是一种HDPE塑料管成型设备。
背景技术
HDPE是一种结晶度高、非极性的热塑性树脂。原态HDPE的外表呈乳白色,在微薄截面呈一定程度的半透明状。同传统管材比,HDPE塑料管不仅应具有良好的经济性,而且具备接口稳定可靠、材料抗冲击、抗开裂、耐老化、耐腐蚀等一系列优点。
HDPE塑料管的加工一般都是通过挤出机制成,但是现有HDPE塑料管成型设备受限于温度控制等因素,其成品质量相对较低。
基于此,本申请提出了一种HDPE塑料管成型设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,包括机筒、加热夹套I、加热夹套II、加热夹套III、挤出模具和导料装置,所述机筒上设有喂料口,机筒的外部安装有加热夹套I、加热夹套II和加热夹套III,将机筒分为预热段、加热段和保温段,加热夹套I、加热夹套II和加热夹套III均由独立的温控装置和热源来进行控温,使预热段、加热段和保温段的温度均不相同,所述机筒的端部出口通过连接管与挤出模具连接,所述挤出模具的输出端位置处设有导料装置,用于对成型管道进行导向输出,并对输出的管道进行冷却降温。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述导料装置包括外罩壳和导向辊,所述导向辊分别两排安装在外罩壳的底部平面上,导向辊的表面设有对管道的弧形让位,处于同一排的多个导向辊之间通过同步带轮和同步带连接,同步带轮由出料电机驱动转动。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述外罩壳的表面还安装有引风机,用于向外罩壳内输入风力对管道进行冷却。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述连接管内还安装有测温装置,连接管还通过回料管与机筒连接,所述连接管和回料管上均安装有阀门。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述机筒内安装有同向布置的锥形螺杆I和锥形螺杆II,用于对原料进行塑化和密炼,锥形螺杆I和锥形螺杆II的送料方向保持一致。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述机筒的一侧位置处安装有驱动电机,驱动电机通过减速箱和传动箱驱动锥形螺杆I和锥形螺杆II同向和同速转动。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述锥形螺杆I和锥形螺杆II的轴端分别安装有从动齿轮I和从动齿轮II,从动齿轮I和从动齿轮II与主动齿轮均保持啮合,所述主动齿轮安装在减速箱的输出轴上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过双螺杆对原料进行塑化密炼,并且通过阶梯状的加热温度以保证塑化密炼的效果,在料温度未达到设定阈值时,可以通过阀门的切换使得原料重新进入到机筒内进行塑化,以保证成品质量,最终成型管道可以通过导料装置高效稳定的向外输出。

实施例1
请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,包括机筒1、加热夹套I6、加热夹套II7、加热夹套III8、挤出模具10和导料装置11,
其中,所述机筒1上设有喂料口5,用于向机筒1内输入HDPE粉末、添加剂等原料,机筒1的外部安装有加热夹套I6、加热夹套II7和加热夹套III8,将机筒1分为预热段、加热段和保温段,加热夹套I6、加热夹套II7和加热夹套III8均由独立的温控装置和热源来进行控温,以保证预热段、加热段和保温段的温度均不相同,在本实施例中,所述加热夹套I6、加热夹套II7和加热夹套III8内通入的介质可以为导热油、蒸汽或者水等,在此不进行具体的限定,所述机筒1的端部出口通过连接管9与挤出模具10连接,经过混炼剪切密炼之后的原料可以输入到挤出模具10内挤出为管道,在本实施例中,所述挤出模具10的输出端位置处设有导料装置11,用于对成型管道进行导向输出,并对输出的管道进行冷却降温。
具体的来说,所述导料装置11包括外罩壳111和导向辊112,所述导向辊112分别两排安装在外罩壳111的底部平面上,导向辊112的表面设有对管道的弧形让位,以保证两排导向辊112能对管道进行良好的夹持和导向,处于同一排的多个导向辊112之间通过同步带轮1115和同步带连接,同步带轮1115由出料电机114驱动转动,以保证导向辊112具有转动动力,来对导向辊112进行导向。
进一步的来说,在本实施例中,所述外罩壳111的表面还安装有引风机,用于向外罩壳111内输入风力对管道进行冷却。
而且在实际应用时,所述连接管9内还安装有测温装置,测温装置可以为温度传感器、热电偶等,用于对连接管9内的原料温度进行检测,连接管9还通过回料管12与机筒1连接,回料管12内可以设置送料螺旋等,来对原料进行输送,所述连接管9和回料管12上均安装有阀门,当连接管9内的原料温度未达到设定阈值时,可以通过阀门的切换使得原料重新进入到机筒1内进行塑化,直至原料温度达到设定要求时,将原料输入到挤出模具10内。
实施例2
请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,所述机筒1内安装有同向布置的锥形螺杆I101和锥形螺杆II102,用于对原料进行塑化和密炼,当然锥形螺杆I101和锥形螺杆II102的送料方向是保持一致的。
具体的,所述机筒1的一侧位置处安装有驱动电机2,驱动电机2通过减速箱3和传动箱4驱动锥形螺杆I101和锥形螺杆II102同向和同速转动。具体的:所述锥形螺杆I101和锥形螺杆II102的轴端分别安装有从动齿轮I401和从动齿轮II402,从动齿轮I401和从动齿轮II402与主动齿轮403均保持啮合,所述主动齿轮403安装在减速箱3的输出轴上,以实现对锥形螺杆I101和锥形螺杆II102的驱动。
结合实施例1~2,易知本技术方案的工作原理是:HDPE粉末、添加剂等原料通过喂料口5进入到机筒1内,在加热夹套II7和加热夹套III8的驱动以及加热夹套I6、加热夹套II7和加热夹套III8的作用下,原料被塑化和密炼最终进入到连接管9内,当测温装置检测到原料温度未达到设定阈值时,通过阀门的切换使得原料重新进入到机筒1内进行塑化,直至原料温度达到设定要求时,将原料输入到挤出模具10内,在挤出模具10内成型为管道进入到导料装置11中,并且被夹持在两排导向辊112之间,向外输出并进行冷却。
需要特别说明的是,本技术方案中,通过双螺杆对原料进行塑化密炼,并且通过阶梯状的加热温度以保证塑化密炼的效果,在料温度未达到设定阈值时,可以通过阀门的切换使得原料重新进入到机筒1内进行塑化,以保证成品质量,最终成型管道可以通过导料装置11高效稳定的向外输出。

Claims (7)
1.一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,包括机筒(1)、加热夹套I(6)、加热夹套II(7)、加热夹套III(8)、挤出模具(10)和导料装置(11),其特征在于,所述机筒(1)上设有喂料口(5),机筒(1)的外部安装有加热夹套I(6)、加热夹套II(7)和加热夹套III(8),将机筒(1)分为预热段、加热段和保温段,加热夹套I(6)、加热夹套II(7)和加热夹套III(8)均由独立的温控装置和热源来进行控温,使预热段、加热段和保温段的温度均不相同,所述机筒(1)的端部出口通过连接管(9)与挤出模具(10)连接,所述挤出模具(10)的输出端位置处设有导料装置(11),用于对成型管道进行导向输出,并对输出的管道进行冷却降温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,其特征在于,所述导料装置(11)包括外罩壳(111)和导向辊(112),所述导向辊(112)分别两排安装在外罩壳(111)的底部平面上,导向辊(112)的表面设有对管道的弧形让位,处于同一排的多个导向辊(112)之间通过同步带轮(1115)和同步带连接,同步带轮(1115)由出料电机(114)驱动转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,其特征在于,所述外罩壳(111)的表面还安装有引风机,用于向外罩壳(111)内输入风力对管道进行冷却。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,其特征在于,所述连接管(9)内还安装有测温装置,连接管(9)还通过回料管(12)与机筒(1)连接,所述连接管(9)和回料管(12)上均安装有阀门。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,其特征在于,所述机筒(1)内安装有同向布置的锥形螺杆I(101)和锥形螺杆II(102),用于对原料进行塑化和密炼,锥形螺杆I(101)和锥形螺杆II(102)的送料方向保持一致,。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或5所述的一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,其特征在于,所述机筒(1)的一侧位置处安装有驱动电机(2),驱动电机(2)通过减速箱(3)和传动箱(4)驱动锥形螺杆I(101)和锥形螺杆II(102)同向和同速转动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种HDPE塑料管成型设备,其特征在于,所述锥形螺杆I(101)和锥形螺杆II(102)的轴端分别安装有从动齿轮I(401)和从动齿轮II(402),从动齿轮I(401)和从动齿轮II(402)与主动齿轮(403)均保持啮合,所述主动齿轮(403)安装在减速箱(3)的输出轴上。
