Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati de peptide ciclice, procedeu ce consta în faptul ca o peptida ciclica ce contine radicali ce sunt independent, hidrogen sau o grupa de protectie amino, este acilata cu un acid de formula generala III: (vezi formula) sau un derivat al acestuia, în mediu de dimetilformamida, la temperatura camerei si sub presiune de azot, si daca se doreste, se îndeparteaza grupele de protectie prezente, dupa reactie.
