Claims (7)
1. Zawieradlo zespolu zasuwy otworu wylewowego kadzi odlewniczej, którego korpus wykonany jest z ogniotrwalego materialu i które posiada wylew znamienne tym, ze wylew (34) posiada boczna scianke (437) z przepuszczalnego materialu ogniotrwalego oraz koncówke (440) doprowadzajaca gaz do wnetrza wyle¬ wu (34) poprzez jego przepuszczalna scianke (437).
2. Zawieradlo wedlug zastrz.l, znamienne tym, ze scianka boczna (437) tworzy tuleje z przepusz¬ czalnego materialu ogniotrwalego osadzona w pierscieniu (38), wykonanym z ogniotrwalego materialu, przy czym tuleja ta stanowi co najmniej 50% dlugosci wylewu (34), umozliwiajac doprowadzenie gazu przez scianke (437) do obszaru w poblizu otworu wylewowego (24).
3.-. Zawieradlo wedlug zastrz.l albo 2, znamienne tym, ze wylew (34) wykonany jest z wysoce odpornego na erozje, przepuszczalnego materialu ogniotrwalego, natomiast pierscien (38) wykonany jest z mate¬ rialu ogniotrwalego o niskiej przewodnosci cieplnej.
4. Zawieradlo wedlug zastrz.1,znamienne tym, ze wylew (34) wykonany jest z wysoce odpornego na erozje ogniotrwalego materialu, a pierscien (38) wykonany jest z przepuszczalnego materialu ogniotrwalego o niskiej przewodnosci cieplnej, zas koncówka (440) doprowadzajaca gaz usytuowana jest w pierscieniu (38).
5. Zawieradlo wedlug zastrz.3, znamienne t y m, ze pierscien (38) impregnowany jest srodkiem zawierajacym wegiel.
6. Zawieradlo wedlug zastrz.l, znamienne tym, ze przepuszczalny material ogniotrwaly scianki (437) zawiera tlenek cyrkonu lub cyrkon.
