Abstract

Kocioł grzewczy zawiera płaszcz (1) wewnątrz którego zamontowany jest pakiet pionowych rur spalinowych (2) połączonych z jednej strony z komorą spalania (3) usytuowaną wewnątrz wspomnianego płaszcza (1), zamkniętą wraz z płaszczem pokrywą zaopatrzoną w otwór (11) na palnik, a z drugiej z miską spływu kondensatu (4), oraz zaopatrzony jest w króciec wlotowy (11) i wylotowy (12) wody kotłowej, oraz króciec wylotowy spalin (14). Wnętrze wspomnianego płaszcza (1) stanowi główną komorę (7) dla wody kotłowej. Wspomniana pokrywa posiada dwie płyty, wewnętrzną (8a) i zewnętrzną (b), pomiędzy którymi utworzona jest dodatkowa komora (9) dla wody kotłowej, połączona poprzez otwór (10) w wewnętrznej płycie (8a) pokrywy z główną komorą (7) dla wody kotłowej. Korzystnie pokrywa zintegrowana jest z płaszczem (1) przez połączenie spawane a króciec wylotowy (12) wody kotłowej znajduje się w zewnętrznej płycie (8b) pokrywy.
