Kwas bis(fosfonometylo)iminometylofosfinowy o wzorze 1 jest przeznaczony do stosowania jako substrat do syntezy kwasu bis[bis(fosfonometylo)iminometylo]fosfinowego, a takze jako prekursor kwasu nitrilotris(metylofosfonowego) - silnego inhibitora korozji, który powstaje w roztworze podczas stosowania kwasu bis(fosfonometylo)iminometylofosfinowego, w wyniku jego utleniania. Wynalazek dotyczy równiez sposobu wytwarzania kwasu bis(fosfonometylo)iminometylofosfinowego o wzorze 1, który polega na tym ze jedna czesc molowa kwasu fosfinowego lub równowaznik jego soli poddaje sie reakcji z co najmniej jedna czescia molowa formaldehydu i jedna czescia molowa kwasu iminobis(metylofosfonowego), a reakcje prowadzi sie w temperaturze 273-373K, w wodzie.Bis (phosphonomethyl) iminomethylphosphinic acid of formula 1 is intended for use as a substrate for the synthesis of bis [bis (phosphonomethyl) iminomethyl] phosphinic acid, as well as a precursor to nitrilotris (methylphosphonic acid) - a strong corrosion inhibitor that is formed in the solution when using bis acid (phosphonomethyl) iminomethylphosphine as a result of its oxidation. The invention also relates to a process for producing bis (phosphonomethyl) iminomethylphosphinic acid of formula 1, which consists in that one molar part of phosphinic acid or the equivalent of its salt is reacted with at least one molar part of formaldehyde and one molar part of iminobis (methylphosphonic acid), and the reactions are carried out at a temperature of 273-373K, in water.
