Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu rafinacji koncentratu miedzi. W sposobie koncentrat miedzi (1), topnik (2) i gaz reakcyjny (3) dostarcza się razem do szybu reakcyjnego (5) pieca do wytapiania zawiesinowego (4) na przykład do szybu reakcyjnego (5) zapłonowego pieca do wytapiania, i w piecu do wytapiania zawiesinowego (4) powstają oddzielne fazy, to jest miedź konwertorowa (13) i żużel (14). W sposobie żużel (14) z pieca do wytapiania zawiesinowego doprowadza się do pieca elektrycznego (16) i żużel (14) z pieca do wytapiania zawiesinowego poddaje się w piecu elektrycznym (16) działaniu środka redukującego tak, że w piecu elektrycznym (16) powstają oddzielne fazy, to jest dolna faza metalu (17) i żużel odpadowy (18); otrzymany metal (17) usuwa się z pieca elektrycznego (16), metal (17) z pieca elektrycznego granuluje się i otrzymuje się granulowany metal (22) z pieca elektrycznego, a granulowany metal (22) z pieca elektrycznego dostarcza się do szybu reakcyjnego (5) pieca do wytapiania zawiesinowego (4).
