Abstract

Proceso de polimerizacion en solucion continuo en tres reactores. El solvente del proceso, etileno, comonomeros opcionales, hidrogeno opcional y un sistema catalizador de sitio unico se inyectan en un primer y un segundo reactores configurados en paralelo entre si. Un tercer reactor recibe el efluente del primer reactor, del segundo reactor o una combinacion del primer y segundo reactores. Se alimentan monomeros frescos al tercer reactor para continuar con la polimerizacion y para obtener un producto de polietileno final.
