Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen angår en kunstig hylse for fremstillingen av fylte kjøttprodukter som omfatter et reduserende sukker som er i stand til å gi en attraktiv gyldenbrun farge til det fylte kjøttproduktet straks etter at den har blitt varmebehandlet. Oppfinnelsen angår også en fremgangsmåte for å fremstille de kunstige hylsene, kjøttproduktene oppnådd samt fremgangsmåten for oppnåelse av samme.
