Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en kondensert PUFA-olje er omtalt, som omfatter gjennomføring av en alkoholysereaksjon av PFUA-inneholdende olje og fett med en lipase i nærvær av minst en forbindelse valgt fra magnesiumoksyd, magnesiumhydroksyd, kalsiumoksyd og kalsiumhydroksyd og en liten mengde vann og med separering av en glyseridfraksjon.
