Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en syklonseparator for å separere en blanding inneholdende faste partikler, væske og/eller gass til en tung fraksjon og en lett fraksjon, separatoren omfatter; - en innfatning (2) som definerer et strømningsrom gjennom hvilket blandingen skal strømme; - et avlangt strømningslegeme (5) arrangert i strømningsrommet langsmed hvilket blandingen som skal separeres kan fraktes; - minst et virvelinduserende element (10) arrangert mellom strømningslegemet og den innvendige innfatningen, det virvelinduserende elementet er kurvet for så å sette den innkommende blandingen i en roterende bevegelse for formålet av å separere blandingen til den tunge fraksjonen og den lette fraksjonen; - utslippsmengde for å slippe ut den separerte tunge og lette fraksjonen, hvori utslippmidlet omfatter minst en strømningspassasje definert innenfor nevnte minst ene virvleelementet.
