Abstract
En prøveoppnåelsesanordning for volumetrisk opptelling av hvite blodceller i en blodprøve omfattende en målekavitet for å oppnå en blodprøve. Målekaviteten har en forutbestemt fast tykkelse. Prøveoppnåelsesanordningen omfatter videre en reagens, hvilket arrangeres i en tørket form på en overflate definerende målekaviteten. Reagensen omfatter et hemolyserende middel for å lysere røde blodceller i blodprøven, og et fargemiddel for å selektivt farge hvite blodceller i blodprøven. Et system omfattende prøveoppnåelsesanordningen og et måleapparat. Måleapparatet omfatter en prøveoppnåelses-anordningsholder, en lyskilde, og et avbildningssystem for å oppnå et digitalt bilde av en forstørrelse av prøven. Måleapparatet omfatter videre en bildeanalysator arrangert for å analysere det oppnådde digitale bildet for å bestemme antallet av hvite blodceller i blodprøven.
