Abstract
Et stål for et oljebrønnrør som har høy styrke og svært god SSC-resistens og en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et sømløst stålrør for en oljebrønn som har disse karakteristikkene. Stålet består av, i forhold til masse%, C: 0,30 til 0,60 %, Si: 0,05 til 0,5 %, Mn: 0,05 til 1,0 %, Al: 0,005 til 0,10 %, Cr+Mo: 1,5 til 3,0 %, hvori Mo er 0,5 % eller mer, V: 0,05 til 0,3 %, Nb: 0 til 0,1 %, Ti: 0 til 0,1 %, Zr: 0 til 0,1 %, N (nitrogen): 0 til 0,03 %, Ca: 0 til 0,01 % og balansen Fe og urenheter. Blant urenheter er P 0,025 % eller mindre, S som er 0,01 % eller mindre, B er 0,0010 % eller mindre og O (oksygen) er 0,01 % eller mindre. Fremgangsmåten er kjennetegnet ved å varme opp en stålblokk som har den ovenfor nevnte kjemiske sammensetning til 1150 ?C eller mer; produsere et sømløst stålrør ved varmebehandling; vannkjøle røret til en temperatur i området 400 til 600 ?C umiddelbart etter behandlingen er ferdig; og underkaste røret for en varmebehandling for bainitt isotermisk transformasjon i området 400 til 600 ?C.
