Abstract

Det er angitt en fremgangsmåte for nitrofosfatprosessen for å produsere NPK- eller NP-materiale med polyfosfater ved å redusere trykket i fordampningstrinnet og/eller øke temperaturen i fordampningstrinnet og/eller kontrollere temperaturen i krystallisasjonstrinnet, hvori et materiale ble produsert som inneholder en blanding av MAP, DAP, DCP og valgfritt apatitt og en kontrollert mengde av kondenserte fosfater (polyfosfater), og der N/P- og Ca/P-forholdene av NPK-materialet er N/P > 0,95 og 1,0 > Ca/P > 0,2 og produkter derav.
