Description

Sålepute til bruk ved flatbunnede skinner.
Denne oppfinnelse vedrører en sålepute til bruk ved flatbunnede skinner og består, stort sett, av en plate av ettergi-vende materiale, som er innrettet til å leg-ges mellom en jernbaneskinnes såle og den tilhørende sville.
Det har vist seg at et tog som kjører på
et skinnespor, bevirker at skinnene får en tendens til å utføre en bølgeaktig bevegelse på en slik måte at skinneflensens kantpartier vil beveges oppover. Skinnen vil da vippe på såleputen og forårsake en ujevn deformering av samme, med den følge at putens kantpartier vil slites mere enn dens mere sentrale partier.
Hovedhensikten med oppfinnelsen er
å skaffe en pute av denne art som vil de-formeres jevnt når den utsettes for en belastning som virker på den tilhørende skinne.
En sålepute i henhold til oppfinnelsen
er i det minste på den ene hovedside forsynt med et relieffmønster og utmerker seg ved at flateforholdet mellom mønstrets fremspringende partier og mønstrets lavere partier er høyere for en hvilken som helst flateenhet i området langs putens ene akse enn for samme flateenhet i området langs putens kanter som er parallelle med den nevnte akse.
To utførelser av puten i henhold til
oppfinnelsen skal forklares under henvis-ning til tegningene, hvor fig. 1 er et grunnriss av den første utførelse, fig. 2 et tverrsnitt langs linjen A—A på fig. 1, fig. 3 et grunnriss av den annen utførelse og fig. 4 et tverrsnitt langs linjen C—C på fig. 3.
Som vist på fig. 1 og 2, er putens motstående hovedflater forsynt med et relieff-mønster som omfatter et antall i innbyrdes avstand anordnede, fremspringende partier 2a, 2b, 2c. Disse danner bæreflaten for en skinne som er lagt på puten med sin langs-gående akse i pilens B retning.
Flateforholdet mellom de fremspringende partier 2a, 2b og de lavere partier 3 er større for en hvilken som helst flateenhet i området langs putens 1 ene akse (som er parallell med jernbaneskinnens akse), enn for en like stor flateenhet i området langs kantene 4 som også er parallelle med den nevnte akse. Det fremspringende parti 2a strekker seg ubrudt fra det ene kantparti 5 til det motsatt liggende kantparti 5 og ligger i området langs putens (og skinnens) akse.
I de i det vesentlige trekantformede partier som strekker seg fra hver av putens kanter 4 mot putens aksialsentrale område, er flaten av hver av de fremspringende deler 2b som ligger ved de trekantformede partiers sider, større enn flaten av de fremspringende partier 2c som ligger i de nevnte partiers midtre del og ved deres grunnlinje, dvs. ved kantene 4.
Ifølge fig. 3 og 4 er hver av putens motstående hovedflater forsynt med et re-lieffmønster som utgjøres av et antall fremspringende, i innbyrdes avstand anordnede partier 7, 7a som sammen danner bæreflaten for en skinne som er lagt på puten med sin lengdeakse anordnet som vist med pilen D. Flateforholdet mellom de fremspringende partier 7, 7a og de lave partier 8 er større for en hvilken som helst flateenhet i området langs putens akse (dvs. parallelt med skinnen), enn for samme flateenhet i området langs kantene 9, som er parallelle med putens akse.
Fremspringene 7a som strekker seg fra putens aksialsentrale del i retning mot
putens motsatt liggende kanter 10, har,
sett i grunnriss, en parataol-lignende form.
Selv om det fremgår av fig. 3 at tverr-dimensj onene av de mellom de fremspringende partier 7a liggende lavere partier 8
avtar i retning mot de tilhørende kanter

Claims (3)

1. Sålepute til bruk ved flatbunnede
jernbaneskinner og som i det minste på sin ene side er forsynt med et relieffaktig mønster, karakterisert ved at flateforhol- det mellom mønstrets fremspringende par tier og mønstrets lavere partier er høyere for en hvilken som helst flateenhet i området langs den av putens akser som skal ligge parallelt med skinnens midtakse, enn for samme flateenhet i området langs putens kanter som er parallelle med denne akse.
2. Pute ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved et i det vesentlige trekantformet parti som strekker seg fra hver av de av putens kanter som skal være parallelle med skin-neaksen mot putens aksialsentrale område, hvor flatearealet av hver av de fremspringende deler er større ved de nevnte trekantformede partiers sider enn i deres sentrale område og ved putens ovenfor nevnte kanter.
3. Pute ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved at de fremspringende partier som strekker seg langs den av putens akser som er parallell med skinnens akse sett i grunnriss, har et parabolaktig forløp.
