Abstract
La invencion se refiere a una unidad de acoplamiento rapido (1) para conductos que conducen medios que fluyen, con una valvula de retencion (5) integrada para controlar la presion del medio o para expulsar el aire de los conductos en los cuales fluyen los medios. Esta valvula de retencion (5) esta colocada en una ramificacion secundaria (4) abierta de una unidad de acoplamiento rapido (1) que se deriva del conducto principal, y cuyo cuerpo de valvula (10) al estar en la posicion en la cual bloquea el paso del medio, puede ser desplazado en contra de la fuerza de recuperacion, por medio de un elemento elevador de valvulas (12) el cual es accesible desde afuera, hasta una posicion en la cual permite el paso del medio. Aqui la ramificacion secundaria (4) es simultaneamente el alojamiento de valvula (4) de la valvula de retencion (5). El cuerpo de valvula (10) que se puede mover axialmente en el alojamiento de valvula (4) esta formado de una sola pieza y presenta un cono de valvula (11), cuyo asiento de valvula esta conformado en una contra pieza hueca (17) como una correspondiente superficie conica (16) que se empuja de forma hermetizante en el extremo abierto de la ramificacion secundaria (4) o del alojamiento de la valvula (4) hacia su pared interna. La valvula de retencion (5) ofrece la ventaja de que solo consiste de pocas partes, las cuales pueden producirse facilmente y preferentemente son de plastico y pueden ser montadas facil y rapidamente. Con esto se obtiene la mayor hermeticidad al estar cerrada la valvula (figura 1).
