Abstract

Se ha descrito un compuesto representado por la Formula Estructural (I): (ver formula) Ar es un grupo aromatico sustituido o no sustituido. Q es un enlace covalente, -CH2- o -CH2CH2-; W es un grupo conector alquileno sustituido o no sustituido o un grupo conector heteroalquileno sustituido o no sustituido de dos a diez atomos de longitud, preferiblemente de dos a siete atomos de longitud. el Anillo de Fenilo A esta opcionalmente sustituido con hasta cuatro sustituyentes ademas de R1 y W. R1 es -(CH2)n-CH(OR2) - (CH2)mE, -(CH) =C (OR2) -(CH2) mE, -(CH2)n-CH(Y)-(CH2)mE o -(CH)=C(Y)-(CH2)mE; donde E es COOR3, alquil (C1-C3) nitrilo, carboxamida, sulfonamida, acilsulfonamida o tetrazol y donde sulfonamida, acilsulfonamida y tetrazol estan opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o mas sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente entre: alquilo C1-C6, haloalquilo y arilalquilo C0-C4; R2 es -H, un grupo alifatico, un grupo alifatico sustituido, haloalquilo, un grupo aromatico, un grupo aromatico sustituido, -COR4, -COOR4, -CONR5R6, -C(S)R4, -C(S)OR4 o -C(S)NR5R6.
