Abstract

The present invention provides a novel tank system which is an environmentally friendly product, the same comprising the technical and functional combination of two tanks, the first being septic and the second anaerobic, both tanks being placed at the outlet thereof and including a filter specially designed for performing discharges directly to a weir or an irrigation surface. The tanks used in the system are also claimed.

Description

SYSTEM OF SEPTIC TANKS AND TANKS TO PERFORM THEIR OPERATION E S P E C I F I C A I N FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to septic tanks for use in suburban homes and cottages or where conventional sewerage systems are not available and more especially refers to a new septic tank system and tanks to perform its operation that avoids the impact harmful to the environment.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION.
Septic tanks have been known for a long time. In its most elementary form the septic tanks are made. from a masonry work.
In another embodiment we can mention the use of a septic tank placed before discharging the wastewater to an infiltration field.
Finally, we can mention the wastewater treatment system, which consists of a unit with two interconnected chambers or tanks, that is, a sedimentation tank and a filtration tank.
The prior art has the disadvantages first, the tanks consisting of a septic tank built in the place is cumbersome and expensive and also does not fulfill its function; We can also say about the septic tank that has been used so far. Finally, the unit of sedimentation and filtration chambers has the disadvantage that they are difficult to maintain (clean) and that due to its weight it has to be placed on a concrete template and is difficult to handle.
USES, OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGES OF THE PRESENT INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a system with two separate tanks, a septic tank and an anaerobic tank, easy to install and easy to dismantle to eventually be placed elsewhere.
Within the invention, septic tanks are provided that include a double lid, that is to say, a lid that covers the entire tank and another threaded central lid, which greatly facilitates the maintenance (cleaning) of the tank.
Still further within the invention supplementary elements are provided for inspection boxes and grease boxes with the appropriate connections. The tanks are made of polyethylene that is economical, lightweight and durable.
Also within the invention is the design of a conical tank and conical covers that greatly facilitate their transport together with the set of accessories.
Other uses, objects and advantages of the invention will be self-evident to any person moderately skilled in the septic tank technique.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Basically it is the application of one, two or more tanks of conical design, one called septic tank, another called anaerobic tank and eventually a third tank called cistern tank. These tanks are provided with two covers one cover to all the diameter of the tank and another lower cover threaded and incorporated to the major cover; In addition, integrated filter elements are foreseen in each of the tanks. Finally, sufficient connections are provided for each of the tanks.
By means of the invention, it is helped to combat environmental pollution, the preservation and purity of water sources as well as of the national soils and sub-soils, providing an economic, practical and efficient treatment to black water and served, where traditional drainage systems are not available.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION AND BEST WAY TO CARRY OUT IT.
Then proceed to make a detailed description of the invention, in its preferred form, but not unique, since different embodiments can be made in their shape, materials or colors without that other invention is contemplated, since it is due to consider in its broadest and non-limiting sense. The description will be made with reference to the figures that are attached.
IN THE FIGURES: Figure 1 is a schematic view of the installation of the system of the present invention.
Figure 2 is a schematic top view of two tanks made according to the invention showing their interior filters.
Figure 3 is an elevation view of a tank made according to the invention, with the lids separated.
Figure 4 shows the false bottom used in the anaerobic tank.
Figure 5 is an elevation view of the filter used in the septic tank; Y Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view of the tank assembly showing the filters and covers of each of them.
With reference to the figures, in which like reference numerals are used to indicate the same parts, for a better understanding, especially with reference to figure 1, a country house is illustrated where the sanitary installation consists of a box of inspection 1 for the exit of the sewage and a box of grease 2 for the exit of the gray water; from the inspection box 1, the sewage is discharged into the septic tank 3 and then the two discharges are joined in an inspection box 4 to be discharged into an anaerobic tank 5 from which the water is discharged to landfill or surface irrigation less than 30 Mg / Lt of controlled discharges.
Of course, two more tanks can be installed in parallel so that the flow is not interrupted when the tanks are cleaned, or other tanks can be included for further purification.
The septic tank has a filter 6, consisting of a device or container composed of a vertical cylinder with overflow reservoir or without it made of polyethylene, with enough perforations for the passage of the flow and inside several hundred plastic PVC rings Semi-rigid of different dimensions as filtering material, this filter 6, then communicates with the tank outlet pipe; the anaerobic tank carries a "natural" filter consisting of a false device or bottom 7 (figure 4) drilled in polyethylene, which will support a certain volume of gravel 6 ', acting as a natural filter of the upward flow, retaining suspended solids and ensuring discharges very controlled from the same tank.
The conical tank has a conical lid 8 on the upper part of the larger diameter of the tank and a cover 9 threaded on the same top 8, both of hermetic closure, but easily removable, facilitating the maintenance of the tanks; on top 8 there is a vent 10. Although obviously the whole system can be manufactured from different materials, polyethylene and elements in PVC have been found as a suitable material and without the presence of metallic elements, thereby avoiding diseases induced by the tetanus bacilli.
In the above manner, a separate septic tank system and the tanks used by the system are provided which comply with all the characteristics of the environment, ie the basic and official standards and can be positioned as needed and relocated again and again. as required; optionally a third "tank-tank" tank (not shown) is included for collection of liquid for discharge instead of direct discharge from the anaerobic tank.
