Abstract

La invencion se refiere a la produccion de materiales de revestimiento decorativo utilizando un peletizado de vidrio y relleno refractario. El metodo de la invencion para una produccion continua de las losas de revestimiento decorativo consiste en cargar de materiales basicos en moldes de fundicion que se colocan en una plataforma termo-aislada abierta y un tratamiento termico en un horno a una temperatura que varia de 900°C a 950°C. Despues del tratamiento termico, la plataforma con los moldes se saca y se acondicionan a la temperatura ambiente durante 80-90 segundos acompanada por el enfriamiento de la superficie de las losas a una temperatura que varia de 600°C a 634°C. Despues las losas se colocan en un espacio termo-aislante cerrado que tiene una resistencia termica de las paredes que hace posible enfriar la superficie de la losa a una temperatura que varia de 100°C a 140°C con una tasa promedio de enfriamiento que varia de 0.016 a 0.020 grados/segundo.
