Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona un metodo para determinar los niveles de expresion de una o una multiplicidad de proteinas objetivo en una muestra de tejido o celulas mediante el uso de tincion inmunohistoquimica de celulas objetivo y la determinacion de la densidad optica de las celulas.
