Abstract

Se describe un proceso de elaboracion sobre una línea, en forma continua, de una banda de chapa laminada de acero inoxidable, que presenta un estado superficial mejorado, caracterizado porque la chapa elaborada en caliente se somete a un tratamiento que incluye al menos: -un decapado primario que asegura el retiro de la cascarilla; -un laminado en frío en a lo más tres pasos de laminado; -un recocido final, -un decapado final, y -un laminado en frío del tipo "laminacion de endurecimiento". Se realiza eventualmente antes del decapado primario, un aplanado o laminacion acabadora bajo traccion, que produce una alargamiento residual del 1 al 5% para fisurar la capa de oxido y aplanar la chapa.
