Abstract

La invencion proporciona componentes de poliuretano y composiciones capaces de proporcionar propiedades internas de liberacion de molde en aplicaciones de moldeo por inyeccion de reaccion estructural. La composicion poliol de la invencion tiene un poliol reactivo de isocianato (A) que tiene un peso molecular promedio en numero de desde 100 hasta aproximadamente 10,000; y una cantidad efectiva de una composicion interna de liberacion del molde (B) que tiene un polímero que contiene silicio (a) y un éster epoxidado (b). La invencion proporciona además una composicion de poliuretano de moldeo por inyeccion de reaccion estructural,util en la preparacion de artículos moldeados de poliuretano que tienen propiedades internas de liberacion de molde, la composicion comprende: un componente isocianato (I); y la composicion poliol reactivo de isocianato (componente (II)) que se exponen en lo que antecede. En otro aspecto de la invencion, se proporciona un método de uso de las composiciones reivindicaciones así como de los artículos rígidos de poliuretano celular, de moldeo por inyeccion de reaccion estructural, resultantes de estos procesos.
