Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de un componente de vehículo automotor (2) polimérico, en particular con un aditamento exterior en forma de un parachoques, alerón, barra de protección lateral, salpicadera, etc. Se produce primeramente, preferentemente por medio de un proceso de moldeo por inyección, un componente bruto (6) polimérico, produciéndose a continuación opcionalmente al menos un calado (3) en el componente bruto (6) por medio de una primera etapa de método automatizada, la cual define entonces un borde interior (7) del componente bruto (6) y a continuación se realiza en una segunda etapa de método automatizada separada un estampado de radio (R) en el canto (9) circunferencial formado en la superficie de componente bruto (8) exterior y el borde interior (7) y/o en un canto exterior formado por el borde exterior del componente bruto (6), de manera que se empuja una herramienta de estampado (10) teniendo un contorno correspondiente al radio (r) deseable del estampado (R) a lo largo del contorno interior (7) contra el canto (9) circunferencial y/o a lo largo del borde exterior del componente bruto (6) contra el canto exterior.
