Abstract
Una jeringa incluye un cilindro monolítico definido por un eje longitudinal, un primer y segundo extremo axial, el orificio termina en un adaptador de aguja en el primer extremo axial y es dividido en dos partes del orificio, una primera parte del orificio se extiende desde el adaptador de aguja parcialmente hacia el segundo extremo axial y una segunda parte del orificio se extiende desde la primera parte del orificio al segundo extremo axial, en donde la primer parte del orificio es circular en sección transversal y la segunda parte del orificio tiene sección transversal que se extiende por lo menos parcialmente a través del radio de la primera parte del orificio. Al menos un reborde de sujeción se extiende desde el cilindro monolítico. L a jeringa incluye un émbolo ajustado para caber y moverse a través del eje longitudinal de la primera parte del orificio, con el émbolo sellado contra la pared interna del cilindro monolítico dentro de la región de la primera parte del orificio. Un vástago del émbolo se extiende a lo largo del eje longitudinal del cilindro monolítico hacia el segundo extremo axial, el vástago del émbolo incluye un primer conjunto de muescas y/p protuberancias a lo largo de al menos una parte de su longitud. Caracterizado porque la jeringa incluye una pieza insertada ajustada para entrar completamente dentro de la segunda parte del orificio, la pieza insertada muestra un orificio a través del cual se extiende el primer vástago del émbolo e incluye una primera lengüeta que se extiende dentro del orificio definido por la pieza insertada para, en caso de utilizarse, engranar con el primer conjunto de muescas y/o protuberancias en el vástago del émbolo.
