Abstract
Se provee: un método de soldadura con arco que suprime las ocurrencias de sopladuras en las partes iniciales y partes finales en una lámina de acero enchapada de Zn y reduce la relación de ocupación para las sopladuras en la parte soldada como un todo; y una junta soldada; un método de soldadura con arco para una lámina de acero enchapada de Zn establece el vacío entre las placas a 0.2 - 1.5 mm e incluye un primer paso para mover un medio de soldadura desde un punto de inicio de soldadura a una primera velocidad de soldadura y realizar la soldadura al aplicar una primera aportación de calor de soldadura, un segundo paso después del primer paso para mover los medios de soldadura a una segunda velocidad de soldadura y realizar la soldadura al aplicar una segunda aportación de calor de soldadura, y un tercer paso después del segundo paso para detener el movimiento de los medios de soldadura y realizar la soldadura por 0.1 - 2 segundos en esa posición detenida, el primer paso incluye realizar la soldadura en una unidad de soldadura bajo condiciones en donde la primera velocidad de soldadura es menor que la segunda velocidad de soldadura y el primer calor de aportación de soldadura excede el segundo calor de aportación de soldadura, en el tercer paso, la soldadura se realiza a una corriente de soldadura y a un voltaje de soldadura menor que esos en el segundo paso.
