Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de un producto de azúcar a partir de material lignocelulósico, caracterizado que comprende: hidrólisis enzimática, en un reactor, de material lignocelulósico que usa una composición de enzima que comprende al menos dos celulasas y con lo que la composición de enzima comprende al menos GH61; en donde: la hidrólisis enzimática se produce durante una primera parte del tiempo y una segunda parte del tiempo posterior; y (i) durante la primera parte de tiempo, se añade oxígeno al material lignocelulósico para mantener una concentración de oxígeno disuelto en el intervalo de 0.02 mol/m3 a 0.12 mol/m3, durante la segunda parte del tiempo, la concentración de oxígeno disuelto está en una concentración al menos un 50% menor que durante la primera parte del tiempo, y la primera parte del tiempo es del 2% al 80% del tiempo total de hidrólisis enzimática; o ii) durante la primera parte del tiempo el oxígeno disuelto en el material lignocelulósico está en una concentración que es al menos un 50% menor que durante la segunda parte del tiempo, durante la segunda parte del tiempo se añade oxígeno al material lignocelulósico para mantener una concentración de oxígeno disuelto en el intervalo de 0.02mol/m3 a 0.12mol/m3, y la segunda parte de tiempo es de 2% a 80% del tiempo total de hidrólisis enzimática; y el oxígeno disuelto se mide a presión atmosférica normal y a 62°C; al reactor tiene un volumen de 1 m3 o más; y el material seca de 10% en peso o más .
