Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de conversión de energía en el cual se puede reducir el efecto del ruido de conmutación generado cuando los circuitos de accionamiento accionan los elementos de conmutación. El dispositivo de conversión de energía se monta con un circuito (CNT) de control, circuitos (DR1-DR6) de accionamiento para accionar los elementos de conmutación en respuesta a las señales de control del circuito (CNT) de control, y circuitos (P1-P6) de suministro de energía para suministrar energía a los circuitos (DR1-DR6) de accionamiento en un sustrato (11) . El dispositivo de conversión de energía se caracteriza en que las regiones (UP, UN, VP, VN, WP, WN) de cableado y colocación del circuito de suministro de energía/circuito de accionamiento de un sistema de alta corriente en que los circuitos (DR1-DR6) de accionamiento y los circuitos (P1-P6) de suministro de energía se disponen en el sustrato (11) se proporcionan para los elementos de conmutación respectivos con regiones (AR11-AR16) de aislamiento interpuestas entre las regiones de cableado y colocación del circuito de suministro de energía/circuito de accionamiento y el circuito (CNT) de control de un sistema de baja corriente; una separación L se forma entre los pares de las regiones de circuito de suministro de energía/circuito de accionamiento; y luego transformadores (T1-T6) de suministro de energía para transformar un voltaje suministrado a partir del circuito (CNT) de control se proporcionan para los circuitos (P1-P6) de suministro de energía respectivos entre las regiones (AR11-AR16) de aislamiento.
