Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para analizar una muestra de sangre de un sujeto para la presencia de un marcador de cáncer, el método se caracteriza porque comprende las etapas: a) extraer ácido ribonucleico de trombocitos en la muestra de sangra para proporcionar una fracción de ácido ribonucleico extraída de trombocitos, y b) analizar la fracción de ácido ribonucleico extraída de trombocitos par la presencia de un marcador de cáncer, en donde el marcado de cáncer es una mutación específica de cáncer en un gen del sujeto, o en donde el marcador de cáncer es un perfil de expresión específico de cáncer de genes del sujeto.
