Abstract

Se presenta y describe un empaque, en particular un empaque compuesto de cartón/plástico paralelepípedo para productos vertibles, teniendo una región de abertura (1) provista en la parte superior del empaque la cual forma una abertura de vertido después de que ésta es cortada a través mediante un elemento de vertido aplicado, el elemento de vertido comprendiendo un cuerpo de base, un elemento de corte dispuesto de manera móvil en el mismo, y una tapa roscada, la tapa roscada siendo utilizada para primera abertura del empaque (P) al accionar el elemento de corte y para volver a cerrar, y la región de abertura (1) teniendo una línea debilitada (2) en el compuesto y una región de articulación (3), en la cual la parte (4) de la región de abertura (1) formada después de que la línea debilitada (2) es cortada a través es inclinada hacia el interior del empaque y mantenida allí, así como una pieza virgen provista para el mismo y un elemento de vertido correspondiente. Con el fin de lograr sencillamente una abertura fácil y confiable y mantener abierta la abertura de vertido la primera vez que el elemento de vertido de auto-abertura es accionado, la línea debilitada (2) tiene una primera sección redonda (2A) y una segunda sección (2B), la cual se extiende esencialmente recta entre la primera sección (2A) y la región de articulación (3), y, la primera vez que el empaque compuesto es abierto al mover el elemento de corte, la línea debilitada es cortada en la primera sección (2A) y se desgarra en la segunda sección (2B).
