Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y un dispositivo para soldadura conjunta de láminas de metal recubiertas (1,2) en una unión a tope. En el método de acuerdo con la invención, se añade al menos un aditivo de soldadura pulverulento (8) en forma de un flujo de gas-polvo (9) a la masa fundida de soldadura (6) a través de al menos un conducto de flujo (10), de tal de manera que el flujo de gas-polvo (9) que salga del conducto de flujo (10) sea dirigido hacia la masa fundida de soldadura (6) y tenga una velocidad de salida de al menos 2 m/s, de tal manera que el aditivo de soldadura (8) se mezcle turbulentamente junto con la masa fundida de soldadura (6), formándose remolinos de flujo (12) en la masa fundida de soldadura durante dicha mezcla. El dispositivo de acuerdo con la invención comprende al menos una cabeza de soldadura (13) para producir y/o enfocar un haz de energía (3) para soldar por fusión material de metal laminado, y al menos un conducto de flujo (10) para suministrar aditivo de soldadura pulverulento (8) en forma de un flujo de gas-polvo (9), el conducto de flujo comprende una porción de conducto que termina en una abertura de salida de aditivo de soldadura (11) y el eje longitudinal del cual se extiende oblicuamente con respecto al eje de haz del haz de energía (3), el eje longitudinal de la porción de conducto (10) y el eje de haz del haz de energía (3) estando a un ángulo en el intervalo de 15 grados y 75 grados, y el conducto de flujo (10) estando provisto con medios de ajuste que hacen posible establecer el flujo de polvo de gas (9) a una velocidad de salida de al menos 2 m/s.
