Claims (2)

1. Način zavarivanja elemenata (1, 2) za energetsku industriju, posebice panela nepropusnih stijenki energetskih kotlova i generatora pare, gdje se cijevi (1) koje čine panele nepropusnih stijenki spajaju plosnatim profilom (2) pomoću visokoenergetskog vlaknastog lasera (3), pri čemu se zavarivanje tipa „I” vodi dvostrano, sučeono, bez zakošenja spajanih rubova, naznačen time da se zavarivanje vodi brzinom preko 1 m/min, vođenjem laserskog snopa u metalnoj kupki koja nastaje tijekom zavarivanja metodom MAG (4) u zaštiti plemenitih plinova ili direktno iza nje, u razmaku od 10 mm, pri čemu se električni luk (3) procesa MAG usmjerava pod kutom β – 40-80o u ravni XZ te pod kutom δ – 40-80o u ravni YZ, a zatim se zavar tali laserskim snopom, usmjeravanjem istog pod kutom padanja u ravni XZ α – 1-5o i odgovarajuće u ravni YZ pod kutom γ – 1-5o.
2. Način zavarivanja elemenata za energetsku industriju prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se u fokus laserskog snopa ili metalne kupke za zavarivanje uvodi žica za zavarivanje.
