Abstract

La presente descripción se refiere a compuestos y métodos para el tratamiento de trastornos asociados con retención de fluido o sobrecarga de sal, tal como falla cardiaca (en particular, falla cardiaca congestiva), enfermedad renal crónica, enfermedad renal de etapa terminal, enfermedad hepática, y retención de fluido inducida por agonista de receptor gamma activado por proliferador de peroxisoma (PPAR).
