Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de extracción de aceite a partir de un material que porta aceite previamente macerado, el método caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) someter al material que porta acetite previamente macerado a al menos una etapa de sonicación, en donde al menos una placa transductora que emite una frecuencia de al menos 400 kHz se emplea para crear una onda estacionaria en el material macerado; b) separar los componentes para formar una primera fase aceitosa y una fase de material retenido; y c) remover la primera fase de aceite. Se describe un método de extracción de aceite recuperado a partir de material vegetal en el cual el material que porta aceite se calienta y somete a sonicación al menos una frecuencia arriba de 400 kHz, remover un primer rendimiento de aceite por decantado y someter al material retenido a separación centrífuga para separar un segundo rendimiento de aceite. Preferiblemente el material vegetal crudo se pasa a través de una prensa de tornillo y el material obtenido se calienta y somete al tratamiento ultrasónico y luego se permite asentar por un periodo predeterminado antes de decantar la capa de aceite. Preferiblemente se usan dos frecuencias arriba de' 400 kHz, una debajo de 1 MHz y la segunda desde 1 MHz, Hay muchas configuraciones potenciales de transductores posibles para producir ondas estacionarias.
