Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una película de poliéster termorretráctil que tiene un bajo estrés termorretráctil para la reducción del espesor de la pared de las botellas de PET sin inhibir la reciclabilidad de las botellas de PET. Se proporciona una película de poliéster termorretráctil derivada de una resina de poliéster como producto de reacción entre un ácido carboxílico polivalente y un polialcohol, en donde la película tiene las siguientes características (A) a (D). (A) El punto de fusión medido por DSC de la resina de poliéster está dentro de 190 °C a 255 °C. (B) a (D) En condiciones predeterminadas, la proporción de termorretracción en la dirección de retracción principal está dentro de 45 % a 70 %, la proporción de termorretracción en la dirección que interseca ortogonalmente la dirección de retracción principal está dentro de -1 % a 6 %, y el estrés termorretráctil en la dirección de retracción principal es de 16 MPa o menos.
