Abstract

Se proporciona un método de producción de una chapa de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente con excelente apariencia superficial y resistencia a la corrosión. El método de producción de una chapa de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente incluye: galvanizar con Fe sobre una chapa de acero laminada en frío que contiene Si y Mn, en un baño de sulfato que contiene iones sulfato en una cantidad de 20 g/L o más y 200 g/L o menos, para obtener una chapa de acero enchapada con Fe donde la capa enchapada con Fe con un peso de recubrimiento de 1.0 g/m2 o más se forma sobre al menos una superficie de la chapa de acero laminada en frío; posteriormente decapar la chapa de acero enchapada con Fe; posteriormente recocer la chapa de acero enchapada con Fe en una atmósfera reductora; y posteriormente galvanizar por inmersión en caliente la chapa de acero enchapada con Fe, para obtener una chapa de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente.
