Abstract
La invención se refiere a una emulsión de aceite en agua comestible que comprende una fase grasa, una fase acuosa y una proteína de origen vegetal que comprende una fase grasa y una fase acuosa, y en donde la emulsión comprende además 0.01 - 10% en peso de una proteína de origen vegetal, el uso de la emulsión de un producto no lácteo que contiene una crema de cocción multipropósito y/o crema batida.
