Abstract

Un asesor de asignación de recursos humanos multidimensional se integra con una o más fuentes de datos y procesos de conjuntos de habilidades del empleado y agrega datos de conjuntos de habilidades tanto iniciales/estáticos como dinámicos de esas fuentes. Luego, se usan algoritmos de aprendizaje automático para normalizar y clasificar las habilidades agregadas de los empleados con respecto al conjunto de habilidades y los requisitos asociados con una tarea, proyecto o caso determinado.
