Abstract

Se describen un sistema y métodos para un sistema de control de turbo-sobrealimentación para proporcionar al conductor de un vehículo un mayor control sobre el rendimiento del vehículo. El sistema de control de turbo-sobrealimentación instruye a una unidad de control electrónica del vehículo para que aumente la presión del colector a un nivel más alto antes de liberar la presión a través de una compuerta de descarga para proporcionar una mayor salida de potencia del motor. El sistema de control de turbo-sobrealimentación incluye un módulo de control, un conjunto de cables y un ajustador de señal. El conjunto de cables acopla el módulo de control con un sensor de presión de entrada del turbo, un sensor de presión absoluta del colector y una unidad de control electrónica del vehículo. El módulo de control envía señales a la unidad de control electrónica en base a las lecturas de entrada del sensor de presión de entrada del turbo y del sensor de presión absoluta del colector.
