Abstract

Se proporciona un conjunto de montaje de boquilla, que comprende un asiento de boquilla (4), en el que está provisto en el asiento de boquilla (4) un orificio pasante de boquilla para penetrar a través de un extremo de orificio de pulverización de una boquilla de urea (3) de manera sellada; y que comprende además una cubierta de aislamiento térmico (2) para ser conectada a un armazón de una caja de postratamiento (1) de una manera incrustada hacia adentro, en el que la cubierta de aislamiento térmico (2) está formada por al menos dos capas de placas de aislamiento térmico, existe un espacio de aislamiento térmico entre dos capas adyacentes de las placas de aislamiento térmico, el asiento de boquilla (4) está montado en la cubierta de aislamiento térmico (2) de manera sellada, y el orificio pasante de boquilla está en comunicación con el interior de la caja de postratamiento (1). Además, se desvela un sistema de postratamiento. De acuerdo con el conjunto de montaje de boquilla y el sistema de postratamiento, el calor del flujo de gas de escape en la caja de postratamiento está bloqueado por la cubierta de aislamiento térmico, y se reduce la transferencia de calor a la boquilla por medio de la radiación de calor, evitando de este modo que la boquilla se deforme y dañe debido a las altas temperaturas, durante el uso.
