Abstract
Se proporcionan compuestos, composiciones y métodos para la inhibición de ENPP1. Aspectos de los métodos de la presente incluyen poner en contacto una muestra con un inhibidor de ENPP1 para inhibir la actividad de hidrólisis de cGAMP de ENPP1. En algunos casos, el inhibidor de ENPP1 es impermeable a las células. También se proporcionan composiciones y métodos para tratar el cáncer.
