Abstract
En la presente se describen métodos para expandir linfocitos infiltrantes de tumor (TIL) usando un agonista de la superfamilia del receptor de factor de necrosis tumoral (TNFRSF), como por ejemplo un agonista 4-IBB, un agonista CD27, un agonista relacionado con el receptor TNF inducido por glucocorticoide, un agonista OX40, un agonista HVEM o un agonista CD95, y usos de estos TIL expandidos en el tratamiento de enfermedades como por ejemplo cáncer. Además, en algunas modalidades se describen en la presente combinaciones terapéuticas de los TIL y agonistas de TNFRSF útiles en el tratamiento de enfermedades como por ejemplo cáncer, que incluye composiciones, usos y regímenes de dosificación de los mismos.
