Abstract
Se describen aleaciones de aluminio de alta resistencia y alta deformabilidad y métodos de elaboración y procesamiento de tales aleaciones. Más particularmente, se describe una aleación de aluminio tratable térmicamente que presenta una conformabilidad y resistencia mecánica mejoradas. El método de procesamiento incluye colada, homogeneización, laminación en caliente, solubilización, preenvejecimiento y, en algunos casos, predeformación. En algunos casos, las etapas de procesamiento pueden incluir además laminación en frío y/o tratamiento térmico.
