Abstract
[Problema] El propósito de la presente invención es proporcionar un método de producción de material compuesto que suprima las irregularidades en la disposición de las fibras de refuerzo durante el preformado y que, al mejorar la conformabilidad, haga posible que se conforme un material compuesto de alta calidad con menos limitaciones en la forma. El propósito de la presente invención también es proporcionar un dispositivo de producción de material compuesto, un preformado y un material compuesto. [Solución] Un método de producción para un material 400 compuesto que se proporciona con un sustrato 510 de refuerzo y con una resina 600 con los cuales se impregna el sustrato de refuerzo. El método de producción tiene: una etapa de aplicación (etapa S12) en donde se aplica un adhesivo 520 al sustrato de refuerzo, el cual está en forma de lámina y comprende una primera región 511 y una segunda región 512, de modo que la densidad del adhesivo en la segunda región sea menor que la densidad del adhesivo en la primera región; y una etapa de preformación (etapa S17) en donde se conforma una preforma al preformar el sustrato de refuerzo en una forma tridimensional en donde la curvatura de la segunda región es mayor que la curvatura de la primera región.
