Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de soldadura por arco protegido por gas para suministrar un electrodo consumible a través de un soplete de soldadura y realizar una soldadura mientras fluye un gas de protección, en donde el soplete de soldadura incluye una boquilla, el diámetro interior de la boquilla es de 15 mm o mayor, la distancia boquilla-metal base entre la punta de la boquilla y el material que se va soldar es de 22 mm o menos, y una relación expresada por (diámetro interior de boquilla/distancia boquilla-material base) es de 0,7 a 1,9. Por tanto, es posible suprimir la oxidación en las superficies del cordón directamente después de la soldadura o la oxidación cuando se arrastra aire atmosférico y reducir la soldadura mientras se aumenta el efecto de protección atmosférico por el gas de protección.
