Abstract
Se proporciona una tubería de acero para tubería con dureza reducida de una porción de capa superficial. Una tubería de acero para tubería tiene una composición química de, en % en masa: C: 0.02 a 0.11%; Si: 0.05 a 1.0%; Mn: 0.30 a 2.5%; P: hasta 0.030%; S: hasta 0.006%; Cr: 0.05 a 0.36%; Mo: 0.02 a 0.33%; V: 0.02 a 0.20%; Ti: 0.001 a 0.010%; Al: 0.001 a 0.100%; N: hasta 0.008%; Ca: 0.0005 a 0.0040%; y otros elementos, la composición química satisface la ecuación (1) inferior, la tubería de acero tiene una microestructura que contiene una martensita revenida y/o bainita revenida y además contiene ferrita en al menos una de una porción entre una superficie externa de la tubería de acero y una profundidad de 1 mm desde la superficie externa, y una porción entre una superficie interna de la tubería de acero y una profundidad de 1 mm desde la superficie interna, Cr + Mo + V = 0.40... (1), en donde cada uno de los símbolos químicos en la ecuación (1) se sustituye por el contenido del elemento correspondiente en % en masa.
