Abstract
Un dispositivo de sensor de presión (1) tiene: - un componente sensible a la presión, que comprende un cuerpo de sensor (5), con una parte de membrana elásticamente deformable (5a) y al menos un elemento de detección (6) para detectar una deformación de la membrana (5a); - una estructura (2, 3) para alojar o soportar el componente sensible a presión, que tiene al menos un pasaje (15) para un fluido cuya presión se va a detectar, el alojamiento o estructura de soporte (2, 3) que comprende un cuerpo de soporte (2) con respecto al cual se coloca el cuerpo de sensor (5) de tal forma que su parte de membrana (5a) está expuesta al fluido que sale del pasaje (15), el cuerpo de soporte (2) que tiene una porción de conexión hidráulica (2a) y un ducto (14) que se extiende desde la porción de conexión hidráulica (2a); - al menos un cuerpo elásticamente deformable (16) formado con uno o más materiales elásticamente deformables o comprimibles, que comprenden al menos uno de entre: - un elemento de compensación comprimible (20, 21), configurado para compensar cualquiera de las posibles variaciones en volumen del fluido; -un elemento de sellado (13, 17); configurado para proporcionar un sello con respecto a al menos uno del alojamiento o estructura de soporte (2, 3) y el cuerpo de sensor (5); y - un elemento de soporte (23), configurado para soportar o colocar el cuerpo de sensor (5) con respecto al alojamiento o estructura de soporte (2, 3). Al menos uno de entre el elemento de compensación comprimible (16), y el elemento de sellado (13, 17) y el elemento de soporte (23) está sobremoldeado sobre al menos uno del alojamiento o estructura de soporte (2, 3) y el cuerpo de sensor (5).
