Abstract
Problema. Proveer: una lámina de acero chapada que contiene cuasicristales que tiene un buen balance entre la resistencia a la corrosión y la resistencia al descascarado; y un método para producir esta lámina de acero chapada que contiene cuasicristales. Solución. Se provee una lámina de acero chapada que contiene cuasicristales de acuerdo con la presente invención con: una capa de chapado que se coloca en al menos una superficie de una lámina de cero y una capa de aleación que se posiciona en la interfaz entre la capa de chapado y la lámina de acero y se compone de un compuesto intermetálico de Al-Fe. La capa de chapado tiene una composición química que contiene, en % atómico, al menos 28.5-50% de Zn y 0.3-12% de Al, con el balance hecho de Mg e impurezas. La capa de chapado comprende: una primera capa de chapado que está compuesta de una estructura que contiene, secuencialmente del lado de la lámina de acero, una fase de MgZn, una fase de Mg y una fase de cuasicristales; y una segunda capa de chapado que se posiciona en la primera capa de chapado y contiene una fase de Mg51Zn20, una fase de Zn y una fase de cuasicristales.
