Abstract
La presente invención suministra un material de acero, tal como un resorte de alta resistencia, que tiene excelentes propiedades a la fatiga, y, más específicamente, un material de acero, tal como el resorte de alta resistencia, que puede mejorar las propiedades a la fatiga en la región de alta resistencia más fácilmente, sin incrementar el coste de la aleación. El material de acero incluye, en porcentaje en masa, C: 0.5 a 1.0 %, Si: 1.5 a 2.50 %, Mn: 0.5 a 1.50 %, P: más de 0 % a 0.020 % o menos, S: más de 0 % a 0.020 % o menos, Cr: más de 0% a 0.2 % o menos, Al: más de 0 % a 0.010 % o menos, N: más de 0 % a 0.0070 % o menos, y O: más de 0 % a 0.0040 % o menos, y el balance consiste de hierro e impurezas inevitables, en donde los contenidos de Cr y Si satisfacen una fórmula de Cr x Si = 0.20, una proporción de la martensita templada en la microestructura de acero es de 80 % o más por área, y una densidad numérica de partículas de carburo o carbinutruro que contienen Cr que tienen un diámetro equivalente de círculo de 50 nm o más en la microestructura de acero es 0.10 partículas/µm2 o menos.
