Abstract
Un circuito integrado, un componente de motor incluyendo el circuito integrado y un dispositivo de aplicación teniendo el componente de motor se proporcionan de acuerdo a las incorporaciones de la presente descripción. El circuito integrado incluye una caja, un dado de circuito integrado arreglado dentro de la caja y múltiples pernos que se extienden hacia afuera desde la caja. Los pernos múltiples incluyen un perno de entrada y un perno de salida cada uno de los pernos múltiples tiene un armazón delantero dentro de la caja. Y la placa trasera conductora está fijada a el armazón delantero de por lo menos un perno no a tierra de los múltiples pernos en una manera de aislamiento eléctrico, evitando por tanto un corto circuito para el circuito integrado debido a una conexión eléctrica entre la placa posterior conductora y el cual el armazón delantero fijado a la placa trasera conductora.
