Abstract
La invención proporciona un procedimiento con el que puede fabricarse un componente de acero provisto de un revestimiento metálico que posee una buena adherencia y que protege contra la corrosión. El objetivo de la invención es, en particular, especificar un procedimiento de conformación en caliente que posibilite un amplio abanico de variantes de procesamiento. A este respecto, no tiene prioridad una protección contra la corrosión duradera, sino más bien una flexibilidad elevada de las propiedades de procesamiento. Para ello se aplica electrolíticamente sobre un producto plano de acero, que está constituido por un material de acero endurecible en un procedimiento de conformación en caliente mediante enfriamiento brusco que presenta un límite elástico de 150 - 1100 MPa y una resistencia a la tracción de 300 - 1200 MPa, una capa fina de cinc que presenta un espesor de capa promedio inferior a 5 µm, preferentemente en el intervalo de 1 - 4 µm, de modo particularmente preferente en el intervalo de 2 -4 µm. A partir del producto plano de acero se obtiene después una platina que se calienta directamente a 800 °C y después se moldea dando el componente de acero o, en primer lugar, se moldea dando el componente de acero que después se calienta a 800 °C. El componente de acero obtenido en cada caso se endurece a continuación enfriándolo de forma suficientemente rápida a partir de una temperatura suficientemente elevada.
