Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una materia prima de aleta de aleación de aluminio con una mayor resistencia, y una resistencia al pandeo mejorada para el uso en los intercambiadores de calor, tal como intercambiadores de calor automotrices. La materia prima de aleta de aleación de aluminio se produce de una aleación de aluminio que comprende aproximadamente 0.8-1.4% en peso de Fe, 0.05-0.4% en peso de Cu, 1.2-1.7% en peso de Mn y 1.20-2.3% en peso de Zn, con el resto como Al. La materia prima de aleta de aleación de aluminio se fabrica mediante un proceso que comprende fundidor de enfriamiento directo de la aleación de aluminio en un lingote, precalentar el lingote, laminar en caliente el lingote precalentado, laminar en frío el lingote e inter-recocido a una temperatura de 275-400°C. Después del inter-recocido, la materia prima de aleta de aleación de aluminio se lamina en frío en una etapa de laminado en frío final hasta alcanzar el % de trabajo frío (% CW) de 20-35%.
